Fiona Beckett Red wines for Valentine’s Day Inmune 2016

The prestigious British journalist Fiona Beckett highlights Inmune 2016 in her list of red wines for Valentine’s Day in her article for The Guardian. Tandem Inmune Garnacha 2016, from Navarra, would also be a good bet for a romantic night in. This gorgeous, lush, ripe red has an apt romantic association (bycicle for two – geddit?) and a good price. https://www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/2018/feb/14/valentines-day-red-wines-fiona-beckett

macula 2010 – 91 points Vinous Josh Raynolds

macula 2010 receives 91 points by Vinous Antonio Galloni. Josh Raynolds describes the wine:  Bright ruby. Ripe dark berry, vanilla and tobacco are complicated by suggestions of peppery spices and succulent herbs. Sweat and energetic in the mouth, offering juicy raspberry and cherry flavors that gain depth and tighten up slowly with aireation. Sappy, seamless and focused on a long, spice-tinged finish that features fine-grained tannins and a hint of smokiness.
