Wir verlassen uns auf die fortschrittlichste und gleichzeitig einfachste Technologie, weil wir glauben, dass die Weine umso authentischer, nat\u00fcrlicher, angenehmer und ausdrucksst\u00e4rker werden, je weniger wir in die Weinbereitung eingreifen.
