Die Winter sind sehr kalt und die Sommer sehr hei\u00df. <\/span> Im Gegensatz zu anderen Gebieten in der D.O. Navarra sind die Sommern\u00e4chte bei uns k\u00fchl, so dass die Trauben sehr langsam reifen k\u00f6nnen. Wir ernten etwa drei bis vier Wochen sp\u00e4ter als im S\u00fcden der Weinanbauregion.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Auf diese Weise besitzen die in den Tandem-Weinbergen angebauten Trauben einen nat\u00fcrlichen S\u00e4uregehalt, der die Herstellung eleganter und frischer Weine erm\u00f6glicht.<\/p>\n<p>Diese idealen Temperaturbedingungen in Verbindung mit einem lehmigen Boden, einer guten Niederschlagsmenge von 600 mm pro Jahr, starken Winden und einer H\u00f6he von 600 Metern erm\u00f6glichen es uns, bei jedem Wetter sehr gesunde Fr\u00fcchte zu erhalten.
