Die nach Norden ausgerichtete Weinkellerei ist ganz aus Beton gebaut, so dass auf nat\u00fcrliche Weise die optimale Temperatur f\u00fcr die Herstellung, die Lagerung und den Ausbau der Weine erhalten bleibt. Hervorzuheben ist die gro\u00dfe Fensterfront mit einem spektakul\u00e4ren Blick auf das Yerri-Tal und die Gebirgsketten von Urbasa und And\u00eda.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css_animation=&#8220;bottom-to-top&#8220;]<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">ZWEI GESCHICHTEN ZUM VERST\u00c4NDNIS DES WEINMACHENS<\/h4>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Die Weinbereitung findet auf zwei Ebenen statt, um die Schwerkraft (Gravitation) zu nutzen und den Einsatz von Pumpen zu vermeiden:<\/span><\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<strong>Im obersten Stockwerk der Weinkellerei werden die Trauben entrappt. W\u00e4hrend der G\u00e4rung werden keine mechanischen Pumpen verwendet. <\/strong>Durch das Eintauchen des Tresterhutes wird das gesamte Potenzial der Trauben langsam und schonend extrahiert. Die empfindlichen Moste bleiben dabei unversehrt. Diese respektvolle Behandlung der Trauben erm\u00f6glicht es uns, sch\u00f6ne und elegante Weine zu erzeugen, mit geschliffenen und feinen Tanninen, ohne den Stress, den die Pumpen verursachen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Im unteren Stockwerk, ganz unter der Erde, befinden sich die Betonbottiche, in die die Weine durch die Schwerkraft umgef\u00fcllt werden.<\/strong> Hier werden sie der malolaktischen G\u00e4rung unterzogen und ruhen mindestens zwei Jahre lang. Die Betonf\u00e4sser bieten den Weinen tadellose Lagerbedingungen und erhalten ihre Frische. W\u00e4hrend dieser Zeit werden die Weine abgezogen, um eine nat\u00fcrliche Kl\u00e4rung ohne Behandlung zu erreichen.
