It is marked out by hermitages, churches and monasteries.\u2028 The road to Santiago de Compostela has gained its prestige in our times thanks to its great spiritual importance. In 1993 it was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The French Way enters Spain via Roncesvalles and is undoubtedly the Way par excellence.\u2028<\/strong> Tandem lies on the fourth stage of the French Way, at a distance of 80 km from Roncesvalles and 758 from Santiago de Compostela. A pilgrim on foot will have a journey of about 28 days ahead on leaving the winery.\u2028 Today, over 100,000 people cross the winery on their own particular Way.
