Clay, loam. Remarkable unique plots around 90 years old.

VINIFICATION

Manual harvest. Wild micro fermented in small stainless steel vats. Careful manual pump over. Malolactic conversion in three 300L new French oak barrels were we aged the wine for 9 months.

TASTING NOTES

Red ruby color with a purple rim. On the nose its red fruit stands out, currant, rosemary, lavender and fennel. Vibrant on the palate, fresh, mineral. Overall a mountain, tasty, elegant and distincitve wine that particularly moves us.
